Our mission is to nurture a love of God and a love of learning. Our philosophy is that preschool is a place where many children begin their initial education experience. A time of growing in awareness of self and others that allows children to play, explore, and imagine. Each child will feel safe, loved, and respected and recognized as an individual with needs and potential.

Children's Ministry

3 year olds - 6th Grade
Sunday School at 9:40am
Wednesday School at 5:30pm

Vacation Bible School for children 3 - 5 years old
July 16-19, 2018         9:00 - 11:30am

Day Camp for children who have completed Kindergarten in the spring thru those who have completed 5th grade in the spring June 16-19, 2018 from 9:00am to 3:00pm (Trained counselors from Lutherans Outdoors)

Youth Ministries
7th - 12th Grade

Confirmation 7th-9th Grade, Wednesday from 6:50pm-7:30pm

Working with the pastors and adult volunteer guides, the students are involved in study, small and large group discussions, fellowship, special events, and service projects, all aimed at deepening faith and building a sense of belonging and community.

10th Graders choose an adult member as a mentor and meet with them in a one-on-one relationship four times during the summer and fall. At the end of the year, a retreat is held to prepare them for their affirmation of baptism (confirmation) on Reformation Sunday in October.

Synod Youth Gathering and National Youth Gathering are for students who have completed 9th Grade.

Adult Ministry
Sunday morning classes, forums, and Shepherd Small Group are available.
